The pharmacy reviews and dispenses all medication orders received for any hospital patient. The pharmacists, in accordance with current clinical practices, review all orders for appropriateness of drug regimens, renal drug dosing, potential drug/drug interactions and drug/food interactions, and risk of allergic reactions.
